NoxaFit is the product and trading name used by Alistair Chitambo, the individual operating the service. References to “NoxaFit”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this document refer to Alistair Chitambo as the operator, unless the context refers to the product. Contact: support@noxafit.com.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NoxaFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

What NoxaFit provides

NoxaFit provides fitness planning, workout tracking, AI coaching support, progress insights, exercise information, and related app features. NoxaFit offers free fitness features and optional NoxaFit Pro subscriptions where available.

User responsibility

You are responsible for using NoxaFit safely, entering accurate information where possible, choosing exercises that match your ability, and deciding whether a workout or recommendation is appropriate for you.

Fitness disclaimer

Train safely and use good judgment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting intense exercise if you have medical concerns, injuries, or uncertainty about your readiness. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual symptoms.

AI coach limitation

AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or not right for your exact situation. NoxaFit does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, certified personal trainer, or emergency service. Use your own judgment and seek qualified professional help when needed.

Accounts and subscriptions

You may need an account for saved plans, workout history, AI coaching, progress insights, and subscriptions. Keep your login details secure. Pro subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store may renew automatically unless canceled. Monthly and annual options may be available; applicable features, billing period, localized price, and purchase conditions are displayed before confirmation.

Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation prevents future renewals under store terms and does not automatically refund payments. Deleting your NoxaFit account does not, by itself, cancel an App Store subscription. Access depends on verified subscription status and expiration.

App Store refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable consumer rights and laws. See the Refund Policy. One-time Personalised Program purchases on the website are separate from Pro subscriptions. Available app plans and features are displayed in the App Store purchase screen; see pricing and availability.

Restoring an App Store purchase

To restore an existing App Store purchase, sign in to the NoxaFit account associated with that purchase and use Restore Purchases in Plans & Billing or the Pro upgrade screen, with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Restore checks existing purchase history; it does not buy a new subscription, extend an expired subscription, or guarantee active Pro access. If access is not restored, contact support@noxafit.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with service security, or attempt to access another user account.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not use NoxaFit to provide medical, emergency, or professional healthcare advice to others.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell NoxaFit content or features without permission.

Intellectual property

NoxaFit, including its branding, interface, copy, exercise content, software, and related materials, is owned by Alistair Chitambo or the relevant licensors. You may use the service for personal fitness purposes, but you may not reproduce or commercialize it without permission.

Limitation of liability

NoxaFit is provided as a fitness planning and tracking tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NoxaFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app, AI coaching, workouts, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as NoxaFit grows, features change, or legal and operational needs evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
